10th Luxor International Painting Symposium

The 10th Luxor International Painting Symposium December 2017 featuring 25 Egyptian and international artists. It was organised by the Culture Development Fund (CDF) under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture, with the support of the City of Luxor’s Supreme Council. The aim of the symposium is to foster an exchange between Egyptian and international artists as they produce their artworks in the serenity of inspiring Luxor's environment of ancient Egyptian temples and art. The participating artists are from Sudan, Russia, Italy, Nigeria, Azerbaijan, Nepal, Serbia, Lithuania, Ethiopia, Romania, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq and Egypt.

Egyptian artists participating artists at the Symposium are Weaam El-Masry, Noha Nagui, Nihal Wahby, Mahmoud Soliman, Mohamed Khedr, Mohamed El-Moslemany, Fatma Abdel-Rahman, Shereen El-Baroudy, Sahar El-Amir and Hanafy Mahmoud.
