Book of Memories
Book of Memories-Manial Palace includes a selection of poetry which was written on Manial palace walls, interlaced with drawings inspired by the design elements of the palace. It speak about a certain era of Egyptian history through art whilst simultaneously paying homage to the art and design found within the palace itself.
Book of Memories-Hermetica is inspired by ancient Egyptian philosophy gathered in a text known as The Book of Thoth or The Emerald Tablets. They represent ancient Egyptian texts presumed to have been written by Thoth, the Egyptian god of writing and knowledge, known later in Greek mythology as Hermes Trismegistus. Hermetica includes drawings, quotes and ancient symbols combined with contemporary images, in an attempt to bridge ancient wisdom into contemporary life.
